Kinaki Kelp and Kawakawa Wild Herb Chicken

The Aroma of the his & her rub Kinaki Kelp & Kawakawa Wild Herb enhances the flavour of the chicken.

Ingredients

Chopped Parsley
Kinaki Kelp Seasoning
Kinaki Kawakawa Rub
Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breasts.

Method

• Rub equal quantities of Kinaki Kelp seasoning & Kawakawa rub.
• Add chopped parsley, marinate for 2-3 hours.
• Heat pan and lightly sauté until golden brown.
• Finish the cooking process in a hot oven (Always cook chicken thoroughly)

To Serve

Golden Summer Salad finished with The Grove Avocado Oil & Horopito based salad dressing.
